Reminder is a utility command in Dank Memer. It's utilized to have the bot remind you of a specific subject on a set specific time.
You can add a reminder of your own using /reminder add <when> <about>.
You can see a list of active reminders using /reminder list.
Adding a reminder[]
To add a reminder, you need to input the specific time of when you should be reminded, and what you want to be reminded of, using the command /reminder add <when> <about>.
The <when> argument accepts time formats such as years, months, hours, minutes, and seconds.
Here's an example of how it would look like if done correctly
- /reminder add when:1 year about:Example
- You'll be reminded of: Example
- In: A year
You can cancel a reminder when it hasn't been sent. You can also manually remove a reminder with /reminder remove.
When a reminder has reached it's set time, Dank Memer will send you a direct message of the reminder.
Recurring reminders[]
Adding a recurring reminder works the same with a normal reminder, except, this reminder will occur at different time intervals without the need of creating a different reminder.
